It rained the morning of Simonne and Chris’s wedding day, the sky heavy with grey clouds. We kept our fingers crossed and as the day unfolded the weather transformed into sunshine and beautiful golden light. The kind of light you get all excited about photographing in, especially when we got to photograph such a lovely couple at the wonderful Bracu wedding venue (how gorgeous are their sparkly table decorations?!)
They married in the newly built garden marquee in a beautiful ceremony and had their photos amongst the olive trees and grounds (The Simunovich Olive Estate has the most photogenic olive trees!). It was clear to see how important family was to them with so many guests coming from overseas and taking a photo that included four generations. Being able to capture such special memories is one of the many things we love about photographing weddings and we wish Simonne and Chris a wonderful marriage as they start on their adventure together! xx
